Hendrik Aufderheide, born in the mid eighties, in the north of the famous Mosel Wine region, in the village Neuwied close to Koblenz. He grew up enjoying wine with family and friends, and elected early in life to work and learn in an important foundation of wine related positions within wineries, hotels, restaurants as well as with winemakers and sommeliers, alike. He grew his knowledge and experience globally and was educated into becoming a Hotel Management team member as a Manager/Sommelier.
Hendrik expanded further to manage and lead renown award winning teams, most recently at the highly acclaimed wine cellars of the Palais Coburg in Austria featuring their multi starred Michelin restaurant. He continued his restaurant career by joining the team at the Brenner's Park Hotel and Spa in Baden-Baden Germany, where he lead the award winning Park-Restaurant into continued success and growth this past year as their Manager.
He now launches his personal passion into Aufderheide Wine Services where he combines his wine knowledge and expertise with his incredible ability to select your perfect types of wines for multiple occasions. He has taken the wine business and added a bespoken approach, available to every wine lover, enthusiast or business. He offers a specialty service not locked into any specific growers or wineries but provides a personal sommelier service, at no cost, to each and every wine services club member.
